Senior Test Analyst Job in Brisbane – Automation

Responsibilities

  • Design, construct and maintain test automation frameworks and tests to achieve maximum code coverage in a fast-paced environment. This should include providing estimations and feasibility assessments (where applicable).
  • Ensure automation test strategies and cases are robust; aligned with customer, business and technical requirements; and meet appropriate quality standards.
  • Develop, execute and maintain automated tests with efficient monitoring and analysis of automation test results, defect tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure test data is appropriately managed in accordance with prescribed frameworks, standards and processes.
  • Script new regression test cases and modify existing regression test cases.
  • Develop robust, modular, scalable and reusable documentation components which can be leveraged as part of broader testing.
  • Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Contribute to Centralised Test Service business goals including defining required test automation strategies and frameworks; and improving testing processes and services.
  • Establish automated testing processes utilising Tricentis Tosca for a variety of applications to support a range of customers with an initial primary focus on a new iPharmacy environment.
  • Configure and set up the testing environment using modern testing and automation approaches.
  • Automate test cases for various different technologies and customers.
  • Provide advice, support and training (as required) to staff and customers regarding automated testing, products and best practice to contribute to the overall increase in automation and testing maturity of the Centralised Test Service processes and expertise.

  • Ensure all testing is done to a high standard, including management of the non-production iPharmacy environments for the organisation’s department.

Required Skills

  • Configuring both server and client components of Tricentis Tosca.
  • API level automation.
  • Multiple industry tool sets including UFT, Tosca etc.
